Led by women and built for women, She Builds is Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte’s bold commitment to equity, empowerment, and action. This initiative provides critical repairs to women-headed households and revitalizes community spaces that serve and support women. But it’s about more than hammers and nails. It’s about restoring dignity, preserving generational homes, and creating environments where women feel safe, seen, and supported.

At its core, She Builds is a celebration of women’s resilience. Volunteers don’t just show up, take ownership, receive hands-on training, and build the skills and confidence to lead in their communities and beyond.
