RTGC Is on the Move — and We Need Your Help!

We’re calling on volunteers to help us with a little “home repair behind the scenes” as we prepare and move into our new office! Our new space is right in the same neighborhood, conveniently located off the I-77 Arrowood exit in Charlotte, and we’re offering two volunteer shifts (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM) each of the following days:

  • Tuesday, July 22

  • Wednesday, July 23

  • Thursday, July 24

  • Tuesday, July 29

  • Wednesday, July 30

  • Thursday, July 31

Volunteer tasks include:

Week 1

  • Drywall repair and painting prep

  • Painting office spaces

Week 2:

  • Moving tools, supplies, and office furniture.

  • Reassembling and setting up furniture.

  • Cleaning old office furniture.

This is a great way to support RTGC in a different but meaningful way—and we’d love to have you help us add the perfect finishing touch. Sign up today!

Volunteer - Support of Hurricane Helene Disaster Recovery

Are you interested in helping areas in North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene recover from the disaster? Volunteer NC is looking for volunteers to help serve with disaster services across the state. The information you provide will be shared with NC VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster), a network of organizations that collaborate to support disaster response and recovery efforts in North Carolina. As recovery remains in the response phase, we kindly ask for your patience, as many of the organizations involved are still in the process of setting up their sites.
