CONTRACTORS

Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte accepts general contractors & skilled trades people to participate in various critical home repair and accessibility modification projects through our programs. Contractors must have an NC General Contractor’s License if bidding over $30,000 and an appropriate amount of insurance depending on bid specifications.

Contracts will be awarded through a public procurement process in which a bid request will be sent to registered contractors. To participate, contact Director of Construction Carrie Black at carrie@rebuildingtogetherclt.org for more information on contractor requirements.

cONTRACTOR rEQUIREMENTS

  • Copy of your occupational license.

  • Copy of you certificate of liability insurance.

  • Copy of your workers compensation. If you qualify for an exemption, provide that.

  • Copy of your W-9    https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

  • Complete the ACH Form for providing payment information if needed.

  • Complete and Sign the Sub-Contractors’ Agreement

  • Complete and sign the Sub-Contractors Photo & Invoice Agreement
