[Re]Building Spirits, a night of holiday cheer in support of neighbors in need

 

Join Rebuilding Together of Greater Charlotte for a night of holiday cheer while making critical home repairs possible, so neighbors in need have a safe and healthy place to call home for the holidays. The event, held Nov. 30 from 5:30-8 p.m. at NoDa Brewing Company, will feature gingerbread house decorating and ugly holiday sweater competitions and a raffle for prizes.

Proceeds from the event will support RTGC’s four critical home repair and accessibility modification programs: Building a Healthy Neighborhood, Safe at Home, Critical Home Repair, and She Builds.

Tickets to the event cost $10, and they cover admission, one drink ticket, gingerbread house kit, and hors d’oeuvres.

GINGERBREAD HOUSE DECORATING

Attendees will have the opportunity to build and decorate a gingerbread house. A panel of judges will offer superlatives, and declare the winner, who will take home a trophy!

UGLY HOLIDAY SWEATER

[Re]Building Spirits is also the time to pull out your ugliest holiday sweater! Attendees judged to have the ugliest sweater will have additional chances to win a raffle prize.

SILENT AUCTION AND RAFFLE

At the event, you can purchase tickets for a 50/50 raffle and bid on items in a silent auction from organizations like the Whitewater Center, Carolina Panthers Memorabilia, Intown Golf Club and more.
